Andrew Cameron is the Founder and CEO of Enzyme Consulting, where he draws on 20 years of experience across the HORECA value chain and his Technology Innovation qualifications to help organisations in APAC embrace sustainable sourcing, regenerative practices and innovative technologies. His approach focuses on designing systems that restore the environment, uplift communities and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Before founding Enzyme, Andrew was the Global Sustainability Project Director at Accor, where he established Southeast Asia’s procurement department and led initiatives such as eliminating single-use plastics, developing Scope 3 strategies for food systems and creating circular supplier partnerships. His efforts contributed to Accor winning the Global Sustainable Action Award at the Global Hospitality Awards in 2022. At Enzyme, Andrew combines a deep respect for regional traditions with a focus on innovation, helping organisations leverage local wisdom and celebrate local stories authentically. Last year Enzyme was named AustCham Singapore "Start Up of the Year".
