Manish Puri

COO, Potato Head

Manish Puri is a 28-year hospitality industry veteran involved in opening and positioning resorts, restaurants, and spas. He joins the Potato Head family from Six Senses, where he led five of their resorts over a span of 14 years. As part of the leadership role, he has been deeply involved in sustainability, enforcing the farm-to-table concepts, working with the local community for the well-being of all stakeholders and building experiences that involved much of the natural resources and local talent. Manish has studied at Cornell University for courses in general management, asset management, and innovation and the University of Oxford for a leadership program.
