You Ning is the Managing Director of Pacific Eagle Real Estate (PERE), where he leads the company’s real estate investments and development projects across key markets such as Singapore, Indonesia, and China. Before PERE, You Ning served as Chief Investment Officer for a Singapore-based family office. His career began in investment banking at Goldman Sachs, followed by roles as a private equity investor at Blackstone, and at a global long-short equity hedge fund. In addition to his real estate expertise, You Ning co-founded Endowus, a pioneering Singapore-based digital financial advisory platform that provides globally diversified, low-cost investment portfolios. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
