Patsy Ng is the Senior Vice President, Human Resources Asia Pacific leading the HR function across Hilton's 5 sub-regions, currently with 62,000 team members. Patsy’s HR career started in the petrochemical industry in both HR generalist and specialist roles including merger and acquisition, HR business partnering, rewards and recognition, as well as plant startup over a ten-year period. She then joined the fast-moving consumer goods industry where she led the APAC Rewards function for another 10 years before joining Hilton to lead the APAC Rewards function in 2015. She progressed into her current role in 2021.  Since joining Hilton, Patsy’s passion has been focused on delivering a great team member experience to fulfil the Thrive@Hilton team member promise, elevating their award-winning culture and enabling growth in APAC through their talent strategy.
