Sean is a Partner at Mercer Singapore, where he leads the Talent, Workforce Transformation and Rewards practice. He brings over 20 years of consulting and corporate HR experience. His expertise covers a wide range of areas such as job redesign (sector-wide), skills framework development (sector-wide and cross-sectors), HR strategy and effectiveness (including HR operating model review, talent management practices and career architectures), performance management, workforce analytics, competency modelling as well as compensation structure design. Prior to joining Mercer, Sean held HR management positions in SGX mainboard-listed companies and a global investment firm. He has also worked in the public sector and ICT industry, overseeing talent development and workforce planning initiatives. Sean’s client portfolio includes Global Fortune 500 companies, central government agencies and large publicly-listed companies. An engineering graduate from Nanyang Technological University and a recipient of a Singapore Government Scholarship, Sean is a frequent speaker on the topics of Future of Work, Workforce Transformation, Work Design and Human Capital Strategy at events like Singapore Perspectives, regional HR Summits and board readiness programmes organized by the Singapore Institute of Directors.
